Starshine is a word mark filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) on 19 August 2026, under national number 26 5289438, in class 45. The logo, interface and site copy are protected as well. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Content published by artists and members (names, photographs, biographies, music) remains the property of its authors. Starshine acquires no rights beyond what is needed to display it on the service, as set out in the terms of use.

Manifestly unlawful content can be reported to the contact address above. A report should describe the content, say where it is, and explain why it should be removed.

Reports go to hello@starshine.fm. A dedicated address can be created if volume warrants it; one address that is read beats two that are not.
